Deprecated. Removed in Sui 1.82.3: the JSON-RPC service was removed from the Sui full node, so this method is no longer available on the NOWNodes SUI endpoint. Use the SUI gRPC API instead. This page is kept for reference only.

Returns metadata (e.g., symbol, decimals) for a coin. Note that if the coin's metadata was wrapped in the transaction that published its marker type, or the latest version of the metadata object is wrapped or deleted, it will not be found.
