Bitcoin SV (BSV) API Documentation

Bitcoin SV

Bitcoin SV (BSV) is a Bitcoin-derived payments and data blockchain secured by SHA-256d proof of work, retaining Bitcoin Script and a UTXO-based transaction model. Transactions consume previous outputs and create new locking-script outputs, while full nodes validate proof of work and scripts, process blocks, and maintain the UTXO information needed to verify spends. That Bitcoin-derived structure means applications work with the same basic block, transaction, script, output, and mempool primitives found across other UTXO networks, even where protocol policies differ.

Bitcoin SV API Methods and Endpoints

NOWNodes exposes Bitcoin SV's interface, plus a few others, depending on what your integration needs: JSON-RPC for reading chain state and broadcasting transactions. Archive mode extends any of these to historical states and data beyond standard retention.

Browse the interfaces below for endpoint details, request parameters, response formats, and integration examples. Create an API key, select Mainnet or Testnet, choose the required interface, and start sending requests from your application.
