ZetaChain
ZetaChain (ZETA) is an EVM-compatible proof-of-stake Layer 1 built with the Cosmos SDK and CometBFT, distinguished by its Universal EVM model for applications that coordinate activity across connected chains. Solidity contracts execute through Cosmos EVM against account-based state, while full nodes maintain EVM contract data alongside Cosmos accounts, validators, modules, and cross-chain protocol state. This combined Cosmos and EVM architecture exposes both Ethereum-compatible execution conventions and Cosmos-style consensus and module primitives to integrations.
