Syscoin (SYS) API Documentation

Syscoin

Syscoin (SYS) is a merge-mined proof-of-work network with a dual-chain architecture that combines a Bitcoin-style UTXO chain with the EVM-compatible NEVM execution chain. Solidity contracts execute on NEVM against account-based state, while Syscoin nodes maintain Bitcoin-derived blocks and UTXOs on one side and EVM accounts, contract code, storage, receipts, and logs on the other. This dual model gives applications both Bitcoin-family transaction primitives and Ethereum-compatible contract semantics, making two established interface patterns available within the same network.

Syscoin API Methods and Endpoints

NOWNodes exposes Syscoin's interface, plus a few others, depending on what your integration needs: JSON-RPC for reading chain state and broadcasting transactions.

Browse the interfaces below for endpoint details, request parameters, response formats, and integration examples. Create an API key, select Mainnet or Testnet, choose the required interface, and start sending requests from your application.

Weighing Syscoin RPC providers against each other? Read the comparison guide on our blog — this page stays focused on integration reference.
