Ravencoin

Ravencoin (RVN) is a proof-of-work asset-transfer blockchain derived from Bitcoin, using the KAWPOW mining algorithm and protocol-level asset issuance rather than a general-purpose smart contract VM. Transactions retain a UTXO model with additional asset-aware scripts, while full nodes validate blocks and transactions and maintain spendable outputs, asset metadata, ownership, and mempool state. This Bitcoin-derived structure keeps blocks, transactions, addresses, and UTXOs familiar while adding native asset operations as first-class integration primitives.

Ravencoin API Methods and Endpoints

NOWNodes exposes Ravencoin's interface, plus a few others, depending on what your integration needs: JSON-RPC for reading chain state and broadcasting transactions, and Blockbook for indexed address, balance, transaction, and block lookups. Archive mode extends any of these to historical states and data beyond standard retention.
