ARK (ARK) API Documentation

ARK

ARK (ARK) is a modular Layer 1 blockchain using delegated proof of stake, with the public network operated by 51 validators and ARK Core in production since 2017. It does not use a general-purpose smart contract VM; application logic can be added through TypeScript-based custom transaction types, while nodes store transaction history and reconstruct account-based wallet balances, votes, and other global state. That transaction-centric model is shared by ARK Core-based chains, so applications interact primarily with blocks, wallets, delegates, and typed transactions.

ARK API Methods and Endpoints

NOWNodes exposes ARK's interface, plus a few others, depending on what your integration needs: its native REST API for reading blockchain state and broadcasting transactions. Archive mode extends this interface to historical states and data beyond standard retention.

Browse the interfaces below for endpoint details, request parameters, response formats, and integration examples. Create an API key, select Mainnet or Testnet, choose the required interface, and start sending requests from your application.

Weighing ARK RPC providers against each other? Read the comparison guide on our blog — this page stays focused on integration reference.
