WRITE OPERATION. The success scenario is intentionally not executed and not documented from a live broadcast; only the validation-error scenario was verified live. On success the reply is expected to contain the broadcast transaction id in data.result. Live-verified error (safe invalid payload "zz-not-hex"): data.error.message explains that BSC raw transactions must be hex strings with a 0x prefix. Success scenario not executed intentionally; error scenario validated with a safely invalid payload.
