Get fiat rates for timestamps

POST

wss://bsc-blockbook.nownodes.io/wss/{api_key}

Returns rate tickers for the requested Unix timestamps. When no exact rate exists for a timestamp, the closest available one is returned (live: a request for 1676591569 returned the rate stamped 1748908800).
