Returns rate tickers for the requested Unix timestamps. When no exact rate exists for a timestamp, the closest available one is returned (live: a request for 1676591569 returned the rate stamped 1748908800).

Forbidden. The WebSocket handshake was rejected: the API key is missing or invalid (verified live: wrong and missing keys both return HTTP 403).
