Additional changes: Engine API engine_forkchoiceUpdated* returns -32603 for payload-builder startup failures (invalid attributes remain -38003); testing_buildBlockV1 returns additional Amsterdam fields; trace_callMany/debug_traceCallMany and block traces now cancel abandoned work.

Default --gpo.ignoreprice changed from 0 to 2 wei. Explicit configuration overrides the default. The returned fee may change.

Parity trace_* changes: reverted CREATE result has gasUsed and output, without address; stateDiff for deleted accounts has empty storage; vmTrace includes only executed operations. Example deliberately creates a contract that reverts; compare traces between versions.

prestateTracer omits empty accounts. JS tracer timeout is respected (5s default). callTracer/muxTracer and 4byteTracer behavior is corrected in relevant edge cases. Gas caps are enforced.

Improved block-state selection and gas defaults; maximum nonce now returns JSON-RPC error -32603 in applicable cases. Errors can be carried in HTTP 200.
