Invoke Cardano-specific Rosetta methods. Cardano Rosetta Java 2.4.0 adds method resolve_smart_wallet_addr, which resolves a supported Cardano address into its configured CIP-113 smart-wallet address. Required: network_identifier at the top level, method="resolve_smart_wallet_addr", and nonempty string parameters.address. Enterprise key-payment addresses resolve using payment-key hash; base key/key addresses use stake-key hash; smart wallets using the configured PLB resolve to themselves. Unsupported address forms and network mismatches return Rosetta errors (5051, 5063-5067). Successful resolution is deterministic and returns idempotent=true. The instance must configure CIP113_BASE_SCRIPT_HASH. Other supported /call methods may include get_parse_error_blocks and mark_parse_error_block_checked.
