Returns the node software version.

The result reports the node release, currently v2.0.47-elemont. Use it if you need to branch on the release.

Only the release segment is stable - the platform and toolchain suffix that follows it depends on how the binary was built, so match on 2.0.47-elemont rather than on the whole string.

The node identifies itself as go-opera, not Geth - VinuChain is a go-opera (Lachesis aBFT) fork. Do not parse this string to infer Geth feature support.
