Returns the receipt of a transaction, or null if the transaction is unknown or still pending.

Changed in the 29 August 2026 network upgrade. effectiveGasPrice is serialised from a full 256-bit integer instead of being truncated through a 64-bit one. Every value seen on this chain is far below that limit, so the response is byte-identical in practice - this is a correctness fix, not a format change.

feeRefund in the receipt is unchanged.
