NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Changed. Gas selection fix: when gas is omitted, the node picks a gas coin from the sender's owned coins. Before, one coin was dropped at every page boundary of the coin list, so building a transaction could fail to find a suitable gas coin for accounts with more than 50 coins.

Builds unsigned transaction data for batch transaction. It does not submit the transaction to the network.
