Changed. A transaction larger than the protocol limit max_tx_size_bytes is now rejected with a user error, the same limit that applies to submitted transactions. Move abort messages (clever errors) now include the error code of the abort when the abort constant declares one; command ordinals are written correctly (11th, 12th, 13th instead of 11st, 12nd, 13rd).

Runs the transaction in dev-inspect mode. Which allows for nearly any transaction (or Move call) with any arguments. Detailed results are provided, including both the transaction effects and any return values.
