Changed. A transaction larger than the protocol limit max_tx_size_bytes is now rejected with a user error, the same limit that applies to submitted transactions. Move abort messages (clever errors) now include the error code of the abort when the abort constant declares one; command ordinals are written correctly (11th, 12th, 13th instead of 11st, 12nd, 13rd).

Return transaction execution effects including the gas cost summary, while the effects are not committed to the chain.
