NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Changed. A null element inside the tipset key array is now rejected with an error; before, it was silently dropped. To use the current head, pass an empty array [] or null for the whole key. Reads the complete state of an actor from the chain state tree. Returns the actor's balance, code CID (which determines the actor type), and internal state data. The state structure varies depending on the actor type (account, miner, multisig, payment channel, etc.).
