NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Changed. A null element inside the tipset key array is now rejected with an error; before, it was silently dropped. To use the current head, pass an empty array [] or null for the whole key. Performs a dry-run execution of a message against the specified chain state without persisting any changes. This is useful for gas estimation, testing contract calls, debugging failed transactions, and validating message parameters before actual submission.
