NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Changed. A null element inside the tipset key array is now rejected with an error; before, it was silently dropped. To use the current head, pass an empty array [] or null for the whole key. Returns the tipset at the specified chain epoch (height). If the tipset at the requested height is null (no blocks were mined at that epoch), it returns the most recent non-null tipset below the requested height. When the tipset key parameter is null, the current chain head is used as the reference point.
