NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Changed. A null element inside the tipset key array is now rejected with an error; before, it was silently dropped. To use the current head, pass an empty array [] or null for the whole key. Returns randomness derived from the drand beacon at the specified epoch. The randomness is computed by hashing the beacon entry with a domain separation tag (personalization) and optional additional entropy. This is used for various protocol operations such as sector sealing and proof generation.
