NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Changed. A null element inside the tipset key array is now rejected with an error; before, it was silently dropped. To use the current head, pass an empty array [] or null for the whole key. Computes the path of tipset changes (revert and apply operations) required to traverse from one tipset to another. This is useful for determining what state transitions need to be undone and re-applied when the chain head changes, particularly during chain reorganizations.
