GET /chains/{chain_id}/blocks/{block_id}/context/smart_rollups/all/signals— Get smart rollup signals. Returns the signals recorded by the protocol for the canonical smart rollup, each with the level of the block that recorded it. New in Octez 25.3 (protocol Ushuaia (025) and later).
