NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Submits encoded transaction bytes, runs CheckTx, and waits for the transaction execution result or a timeout. The example is a historical transaction; it was not broadcast. Replace it with a newly signed transaction and current sequence. It is not invoked while validating this specification because it may submit data or change node state.
