NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Returns event logs matching a block range, address, and topic filter.

A single request may match at most 10,000 logs and about 64 MiB of log data by default (node limits max_log_no_block and max_log_bytes). The limit now applies to bounded block ranges as well; a request that matches more returns an error instead of the full result. Narrow the block range or filter by address/topics.
