NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Changed. The block range must be ordered: fromBlock cannot be greater than toBlock. A reversed range is rejected with JSON-RPC error -32602 invalid block range params.

Returns an array of logs that match the filter criteria specified in the params. The filter object supports filtering by block range, addresses, and topics.
