The legacy cosmos.params.v1beta1.Query service has been removed as part of the Gaia v29.0.0 network upgrade.
This service is no longer supported following the removal of the legacy x/params module.
Use module-specific parameter query services instead, such as cosmos.staking.v1beta1.Query/Params, cosmos.bank.v1beta1.Query/Params, and cosmos.distribution.v1beta1.Query/Params.
