NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Modified between 0.5.0 and 0.6.0: Shielded (Sapling) transactions with version 3 and above now carry the canonical txid computed from the full raw transaction, matching the txid reported by the PIVX node. In 0.5.0 Blockbook computed a different txid for them. Shielded transactions can now be requested by that txid. Documented as it exists in 0.6.0.
