NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Retrieves a paginated list of mini‑blocks. Each mini‑block represents a batch of transactions or smart contract results that are processed together within a block. The response includes the mini‑block hash, sender and receiver block hashes, shard identifiers, timestamp, and the type of the mini‑block.
