NOWNodes API key passed in the api-key header.

Retrieves a list of historical balance snapshots for all ESDT tokens held by the given account. Each entry includes the token identifier, balance in atomic units, timestamp, and for NFTs/SFTs, the full identifier (collection + nonce). An optional isSender flag indicates if the account was the sender in the transaction that caused the change.
